Retrieving your pet at destination country

To retrieve your pet on arrival, you will need to present your ID and the copy of your pet’s “airplane ticket” (LTA in French or Airway bill in English) that will be given to you personally or by email depending.

In some cases, fees will be needed to be paid on arrival, depending on the destination country (Bahrain, Singapore, etc.). The fees may vary and some countries might even charge fees and taxes upon arrival of your animal at destination. Feel more than welcome to contact us to get more information!
